    Once you reach out to us, we’ll review your initial needs and schedule a discovery call to meet with you and further discuss your project. Depending on your needs and whether you are ready to move forward, we may provide you with additional information and resources for review prior to continuing the conversation.

    If a referral is needed due to budget or scope needs, we’ll happily provide one if possible.

    If we're a good fit, we'll provide you with a preliminary proposal for your project.

    Landscape Consultation

    If it makes sense to move forward with your project, we’ll arrange a short site meeting with you in person to introduce the team and further discuss your vision for your outdoor space.

    At this point, we’ll discuss any changes to the proposal and outline non-refundable design fees for your project.

    Design, Planning, & Construction

    Once you’ve signed a design agreement and the preliminary proposal, we’ll get to work on the plan:

    • Site measurements
    • Requirements such as by-laws, building codes, conversation authority
    • Concept plan & revisions
    • Design approval and itemized work agreement

    We then move on to Pre-construction planning once you approve the design and sign the construction work agreement. During this phase of the project:

    • Utility locates will be requested
    • Trade partners are booked
    • Permits received
    • Working drawings completed for the crews

    Once it is time for construction, our team will arrive to begin turning your vision into a reality. Here’s what this phase looks like:

    • Introductions to the team and you will be made
    • Neighbours will be given our contact information if there is an issue
    • Communication will occur daily - We invite questions or concerns
    • Any issues will be brought to your attention

    Finally, it’s time to enjoy your new outdoor space! While we finish up your project, we’ll cover the following:

    • A final walkthrough to ensure you're 110% satisfied
    • Ask for your feedback and online review
    • Schedule a 1-year warranty inspection
