Carlos has over 20 years of experience in the landscaping industry and brings a wealth of knowledge to each and every project. He is a Certified Concrete Paving Installer and has worked on projects as small as backyard gardens to golf courses. He’s proud of his accomplishments at Merry-Hill Golf Club and Innerkip Highlands Golf Club.

Michael is a Horticultural Technician, Certified Concrete Paving Installer and Smart About Salt Trained Operator. He manages the business as well as project consulting. He is passionate about creating and maintaining high-quality landscapes for property owners so that they can realize their landscape dreams whether for private homes or commercial businesses.

Michelle Pavao

Office Manager

Michelle has over 10 years of customer service and administration experience working in the health care sector. She is used to working in busy environments and juggling between customer service and administrative responsibilities.

Michelle is the warm "hello" people hear when they reach out to our office. She ensures we don't miss anything and keeps projects organized. If something is missing, or there is an issue, Michelle either fixes it or gets the problem addressed to the right person. 

In her free time, Michelle enjoys time with family and all that the Niagara Escarpment offers.
